Admission Procedure

Our Admission team will help you out for a smooth admission process, all the way from registration to until your child joins the school through our 7 steps admission procedure.

School visit and enquiry form submission

When any parent comes to the school for a visit , he/she will get an enquiry form from reception. They have to fill the form and submit it back to the reception.

Counselling and doubt clearing session

Front desk person will sent the parent/guardian to the counsellor for clearing all the doubts and queries, after this session counsellor will sent the parent for a school visit along with a staff member.

Registration

After counselling and school visit, registration form will be given to the parent (entrance test will done only after registration).
School will provide a registration number to the parent, registration will done at reception only on the same day (if the parent is interested)
After registration parent will get date and time for entrance test.

Admission test and interaction

It will be your second visit to the school, you have to come according to the given date and time, get your ward prepared in advance, it will be a written test. Syllabus which we have given in the entrance tests is based on the previous class.

After clearing the test the child will be interacting with the admission incharge. (nursery to 8 th ) For classes 9 th to 12 th child will be interacting with the Principal mam

Result declaration

Result will be declared on the same day.

Documentation and verification

After clearing the test and interaction, parents have to fill the admission form with the help of admission incharge.
the parent and guardian are requested to submit the following documents at the time of admission.

  1. Completed application form ( In capital letters) Details as per Birth Certificate.
  2. Progress Report of the last class attended (for Class II and above).
  3. Previous school record form (if asked).
  4. 4 recent passport size photographs of the student.
  5. 4 recent passport size photographs of the parents or the guardian.
  6. Proof of residence (Electricity Bill, Lease Deed, recent bank statement, ownership document, Driver’s License, passport).
  7. Copy of Aadhaar Card.
  8. Transfer Certificate from the previous school (character certificate for 11 th )
  9. Medical History (if asked).
  10. Aadhaar card of the student.

Admission confirmed

The admission will be confirmed after the documentation and payment ( payment can be done through card, cheque, cash, UPI etc)

  1. Admission details will be filled in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
  2. The child/ward is provided with a unique Admission ID.
  3. Fee is collected for the corresponding session.
  4. Fill form if the parent avail school transport.
  5. Fill form for parent and student I Card.
